We choose to study but we need to eat and and drink! But do we always make good choices, and how could we use food to support our studies? Is it best to choose a strong coffee and sugary snack when working on a late night TMA? Does fish make us think better? To find out more, we talk to Simon Penn from the Sport and Fitness team.

Simon Penn

Simon Penn is a lecturer in the Sport and Fitness programme at the Open University. He is in charge of the first year module E119 Working with people in sport and fitness.
