Carers Rights day

Carers Rights day is an opportunity to connect with other OU students who are carers and think about how we might support ourselves during challenges that the winter and festive season brings. We can share some of the challenges and offer advice and tips about what works for you. At this interactive session including some movement activities, you’ll also have an update on how the OU supports carers, we will discuss how we manage over winter, and then you can talk in small groups about your own experiences.
