Rachel Garnham is a Senior Manager in the Office of the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Students) at The Open University. She leads the Student Voice team, which looks after the OU’s Student Consultation process; provides support for activities that involve students in making improvements to the student experience; and looks after the OU’s Student Voice website.
