Am I too old for this: age is just a number?

OU students come in all ages, and here at Student Hub Live we often hear people say they feel too old, whether 25 or 65. 
This workshop will look at strategies for managing study whatever age you are. We will look at ways of thinking, and to help you realise the date on your birth certificate is irrelevant to make you a confident adult learner. 
You’re never too old, you are great the way you are. We will also look at ways of helping you build self-confidence and believe in yourself.
