This session will try to uncover some of the mystery behind assessment centres. Many employers carry out assessment centres as part of their recruitment process and it’s important to understand what’s involved and how to prepare. This session will therefore look at why employers do assessment centres and what they are. 

It will examine what activities are involved in a typical assessment centre and include top tips on how to prepare for them.
