Caring for our Carers - 08 June 2021

< Back to Event

Whether you are an OU student or a member of staff, we care about the caring work you are doing. This online event will fill you in on the support that is available from the OU and you will hear from people who have balanced caring responsibilities with their OU work. We know that it is important for carers to talk to others who understand some of the challenges and so there will be an opportunity to share experiences in small groups. We will also suggest mindfulness and meditation strategies that you can enjoy during the event and take away. Many people care for others, and often do so in an unofficial capacity, so if you are caring for anyone else this is the event for you.

Presentation time:
Tuesday, 8 June, 2021 - 11:30
