Hayley Ness has been at the OU for almost 12 years. She is an applied cognitive psychologist, with research expertise in face recognition and eyewitness memory. More recently Hayley trained to be a counsellor and specialise in couples therapy. She has worked both centrally, as a Staff Tutor in Scotland and more recently as an Associate Director for Student Support within the School of Psychology & Counselling. Hayley has also worked on many psychology modules, including DE100 and DE300. She has lived in Scotland for about 35 years, currently in Glasgow. She has 2 cats and loves everything vintage, especially cheese, wine and frocks!
