Critical thinking (Beginners)

This is the first in a three-part series. Aimed at Access and Level 1 students or those who are new to critical thinking and writing, this workshop covers the basics. Critical thinking is about developing a questioning mind. There are five tiers of critical thinking - you start with the content, then the validity, the relevance, your criteria with the highest level being evaluation of information. We will look at the questioning process that goes along with these levels.
