Wendy Chalmers

Wendy Chalmers is a learning and teaching librarian who has worked in the Open University Library over many years.  Her roles have included answering student queries from the Library helpdesk and creating skills activities.  Currently she works with colleagues and module teams on the use of Library sources and the development of students’ independent research skills in OU modules.   Wendy also runs online tutorials on finding, evaluating and referencing information

In her spare time Wendy enjoys cycling, jogging, films, books, and the company of family and friends.  She has recently completed an OU level one science module and plans to start 'Environment: journeys through a changing world' (level one) later this year.
