Presentation time: Friday, 1 July, 2016 - 15:15

Kesi Mahendran has analysed public attitudes towards the European Union for over ten years. She has asked people to what extent they think of themselves as European Citizens, and what that means. The decision to Brexit has raised an interesting new question, about how people in the UK will forge new identities.

In this session, Kesi will consider how different people view the EU and how we undertake identity work to make political decisions.
