Learning outcome; 

By the end of the session you will be able to  

• identify specific learning points which could help with your own resilience in challenging times 
• reflect on your own learning from lockdown experiences and how it can add to your student toolkit 

This session will share some of the lessons through lockdown as a Head of Learning  and Development within the Forestry Commission.  Allan will share some of the lessons he learned on Leadership and also the value of safeguarding his own health and well-being, his team and the organisation which he was leading during this time.
