Presentation time: Friday, 1 July, 2016 - 14:10

Richard Heffernan looks at the big issues from the EU referendum and its outcome. In this session he'll consider the following questions: What does the fact that we have very few referenda in the UK say about our democratic system? What does the outcome of the referendum say about the power and influence of the Prime Minister, both in Europe and in influencing the general population? And does the variation in the vote throughout the UK hint at more political uncertainty in the future?
