Isidora Kourti

Isidora Kourti is a Lecturer in Management at the Open University Business School since 2017. Prior to this, Isidora was a Senior Lecturer at Regent’s University London and an Associate lecturer at the London School of Economics (LSE), where she completed her PhD in Organisational and Social Psychology. Isidora’s current research focuses on organisational and inter-organisational settings and has led several research projects exploring issues, such as identity development, traditional and emergent working designs, working spaces and paradoxes, and looking at their theoretical and practical implications for the management of organisations and collaborative work. Isidora has more than 10 years of teaching experience in higher education and has obtained the Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education from the London School of Economics. She has taught modules in the areas of Organisational Behaviour, and Quantitative and Qualitative Research Methods at undergraduate and postgraduate level, and has been a member of and chaired the production of three business related modules.
