Natalie talks about why she is so passionate about play and creativity, and what it means for children. She introduces some important themes of the module to help you question what you see when you observe children’s play.

Natalie is a Senior Lecturer in Early Childhood at The Open University, and chair of E110 Young children’s play and creativity. Her background is in playwork and social work, supporting children to explore personal, social and emotional development through play.
