It is natural for an exam to cause some stress, but how do you know when to really panic. Duncan Banks explains how stress responses can help you feel more alert and perform more effectively. Enhancing and accepting stress can enable you to take advantage of this gift of nature. But for some students too much stress can hinder performance. Duncan also discusses ways you can alleviate stress. You can share what works for you with your fellow students.
